Not linguistic but cultural literary translation but still, I think, relevant to com members' interests? (Sorry if I'm mistaken.)
BBC Radio 4 are broadcasting 3 x 50min episodes of a drama serial The Mumbai Chuzzlewits. The first episode will be broadcast via the airwaves, and in some regions via the internet, on Sunday, 1 January, 2012 at 3pm (GMT). It'll be repeated via airwaves and internet on Sat, 7 Jan, 2012 at (pm (GMT) and will then be available in some regions via the internet on Radio 4's "Listen Again" service for a week (until the next episode is broadcast). There are unofficial coms and internet sites where region-free recordings of Radio 4 programmes are often available after broadcast too. I mention this production because Radio 4 drama is often of high quality and com members here tend to have cross-cultural literary interests.
